Venue Details

The Bridal entrance is through a purpose built archway with its plantings of gardenias and seasonal white flowers. It is the point where the Bride first sees her waiting, soon to be spouse.

We have created this feature unashamedly in romantic style with everything lined up for beautiful photos.  It is central to the fountain, and pavilion, and then this brings you to the walk through rope swagged columns topped with flowers to meet with your beloved (see picture on Home page) 

There is absolutely no need (unless you wish to) for you to provide any decorations at all. Just bring your own bouquets.

Our roofed Pavilion which will keep you dry in case of a shower has beautiful gothic window frames but is open on 3 sides so your family and guests can easily see.

Below are some of the furnishings provided and included in the price

• Archway decorations include – Flowers and foliage which cover both ends and white cane hearts within the archway walk also 4 large wooden hearts welcome you.
• From the archway you walk to the Pavilion through flower topped columns which are rope swagged. Your guests are either side and see you close up as you arrive.
• Your families and guests are sitting under 4 large 3m x 3m umbrellas
• At the entrance to the Pavilion are two larger bouquets on columns in Terrazzo pots
• A large WELCOME sign displaying your names and date and time of ceremony  on an easel

Inside the Pavilion

• Once again with photos in mind a large gothic mirror is central to the archway and fountain.
• Below the gothic mirror is a glass topped console table with large vase
• Large silver table with 2  flower decorated chairs for the formal signing.
• (a further 4 matching flower decorated chairs with reserved signs are at the front of the guest area chairs for the bridal families) 
• A flower decorated heart hangs above the table
• 3 large terrazzo pots hold mature cycads.

After your ceremony you exit through the cheers and well wishers back down through the columns and archway via the fountain to the 6m x 6m Marquee which has also been decorated for you and your guests to enjoy drinks and nibbles provided by you.  

The marquee is also dressed for the occasion with ribbons and flowers and a banner with your names on it.  Further large wooden hearts hang on the entrances their silver ribbons gently waving.

While you are having photos taken in the much admired gardens your guests are invited to also enjoy a stroll around the property as well.  There is only one wedding a day and so there is no rush to leave.

Scattered about the property are several benches to linger on.

With so much scope and space along with the provision of so many beautiful decorations it is up to you to design your day. The price is the same if you have 2 guests or 102 guests.  

Some couples choose to feature their day at “Seronera – Country Garden Weddings”  with invites to their wider circle of family and friends and maybe cut their wedding cake here as well.  Perhaps not all guests will choose to continue festivities at another reception venue but feel really happy they have witnessed your arrival and marriage ceremony and enjoyed their time here at “Seronera – Country Garden Weddings”

Please note that all the decorations including the name banner belong to “Seronera- Country Garden Weddings” and are not to be removed.

All rubbish is to be removed at the end of festivities.

Deposit
A NZ $400.00 payment, being a non refundable deposit, is required at time of confirmation, to secure your date for the Venue. The Balance to be paid four weeks prior to wedding date.

Extras & Hire
Guest chairs, portaloos, catering and staff, food drinks etc all paid by client and in arrangement with Seronera – Country Garden Weddings.
We operate under a BYO drinks policy with no extra charges.
Seronera – Country Garden Weddings can also supply names of other services known to Seronera or help you find the service you want.
